Post-fermentation post about a meetup that went all-in pro. We've started the fermentation story in WWI but quickly we moved to hyper innovative solutions.
We had a deep-dive into this 4,000-year-old practice – fermentation. Moti Rebhun, Ph.D. gave us an updated scalability in fermentation review with a wide range of developments.
Yael Hay-Knobel walked us through the Israel Innovation Authority funding programs available to fermentation startups.
In the pitch session, we were proud to present the following brilliant startups:
MadeRight was presented by Rotem Cahanovitc
BioArmix was presented by Tzvi Zvirin, Ph.D.
BioRaptor was presented by Yaron David, MD, PhD
They took us to top innovation state of mind and it was an exciting glimpse into the future.
On the experts' panel hosted by Moran Gendelman, Ph.D., we had the privilege of having Shai Melcer, Ph.D., Ariel Blumovich, Daniel Gamsu and our CEO, Yaakov Diminsky and they were telling us to expect failure all the way to success.
I wish I could share here all the knowledge that was shared in this meetup but hey, you have to attend our events to have this benefit (-;
We wish to thank YDLabs for supporting this beautiful event 🙏🏼
Many thanks to the wonderful May Avital from YDLabs and the amazing Sapir Hashmonai from FRESH START FoodTech Incubator IL for helping us set up this evening.
