Post-fermentation post about a meetup that went all-in pro. We've started the fermentation<\/a> story in WWI but quickly we moved to hyper innovative solutions.<\/p>

We had a deep-dive into this 4,000-year-old practice – fermentation. Moti Rebhun<\/a>, Ph.D. gave us an updated scalability in fermentation review with a wide range of developments.<\/p>

Yael Hay-Knobel<\/a> walked us through the Israel Innovation Authority <\/a>\u00a0funding programs available to fermentation startups.<\/p>

In the pitch session, we were proud to present the following brilliant startups:
MadeRight<\/a> was presented by Rotem Cahanovitc<\/a>
BioArmix<\/a> was presented by Tzvi Zvirin<\/a>, Ph.D.
BioRaptor<\/a> was presented by Yaron David, MD, PhD
<\/a>They took us to top innovation state of mind and it was an exciting glimpse into the future.<\/p>

On the experts' panel hosted by Moran Gendelman<\/a>, Ph.D., we had the privilege of having Shai Melcer<\/a>, Ph.D., Ariel Blumovich<\/a>, Daniel Gamsu<\/a> and our CEO, Yaakov Diminsky<\/a> and they were telling us to expect failure all the way to success.<\/p>
